For many years, I found myself wondering when and how I could experience true happiness. There was a time when I felt utterly lost, caught in a whirlwind of confusion and uncertainty. Happiness seemed like an elusive concept, one that I could never quite grasp. I constantly blamed my life for feeling insignificant, convinced that there was nothing in it worthy of joy. The endless cycle of studying and working seemed to drain me, leaving behind only stress and emotional turmoil.
Then, I recognise the reality of being human is that we experience a vast range of emotions, each one influencing our daily lives. It is know as "Law of Attraction.". If you keep reminding yourself that "everything will be fine," and there’s truth in that – when you believe in yourself, the universe has a way of aligning with that belief. Conversely, if you’re feeling dissatisfied when facing struggles, you’re not giving yourself the recognition you deserve, then universe might treat you on the way you see yourself. It's vital to understand that we all walk different paths, facing unique challenges that shape who we are. So, don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Each person is worthy of recognition and encouragement. Remember: You are enough. You are kind, loved, and deserving of happiness just as you are. When you embrace this truth, the universe will respond in kind, sending positivity your way.
Kindness, love, and happiness don’t just appear by chance—they’re cultivated through personal growth and a positive outlook. How you respond to others, to difficluties reflects a lot about what you truly deserve. Imagine two souls: one who meets the world with anger and unrest, casting shadows in every direction; and another who moves with grace, offering kindness and gratitude to those around them, no matter how small the gesture. Between the two, who do you feel is more likely to welcome good things into their life?" The emotions you spread out somehow come and reflected back to you. The more kindness you give, the more you will receive, even if it doesn't come from the source you expect.
Besides, it is clearly shows through in romantic relationships. I once believed I was down on my luck in love, convinced that every relationship would end in disappointment. I blamed myself, blamed others, and found myself spiraling into unhealthy habits—smoking, drinking, and a cycle of toxic flings. That;s when I felt the "Law of Attraction" was so true - negativity, I realized I was attracting the same into my life. So, I decided to change. I stopped drinking and replaced old habits with healthier ones. I began reading, spending time with supportive friends, and treating others with kindness and respect. This shift in mindset brought a new sense of freedom and satisfaction. Three months later, I met my partner in an unexpected moment. He was the one who embraced me at my worst, who accepted my flaws, and gave me the love I needed to heal. It was in that moment that I truly understood the "Law of Attraction"—what you believe in can come to you, but you must take the necessary steps to make it happen. If you pursue happiness, it will find you in ways you never expected.
By fostering love, kindness, and positivity, you unlock your potential and prove to yourself that you deserve all the good things life has to offer. Even on the tough days, take a moment to look in the mirror and remind yourself: You deserve love, kindness, and happiness. They live within you, and when you embrace the best version of yourself, life will follow.
